The house is perched on a picturesque plot in the immediate vicinity of the reservoir. The Investor’s dream was to combine the "Polish manor" with modern solutions. At the concept stage, one of the guidelines was "Oeil-de-boeuf"- style windows and the ubiquitous white colour.
