BLACK AND WHITE HOUSE - HOUSE DESIGN - 160 sq. m.
On a small 700-meter plot, the biggest challenge was to design the garage entrance and the room layout inside the house. In terms of functionality, the house was divided into a living area and a night area. This is reflected in the colours of the elevation of the exterior facade: a wooden living area and a white, minimalist night area.
